Let's talk about generic EQ curves *derived from professional measurement rigs such as those from Brüel & Kjær, GRAS or Head Acoustics.

A) What are your experiences with presets meant to fix (smoothen) the frequency response of headphones?
B) Do they work for you in the upper frequencies?
C) Are there specific headphone models whose treble sounds particularly good (smooth) or bad (falsely colored) to you when equalized to a reference?

Examples:

https://www.reddit.com/r/oratory1990/wiki/index/list_of_presets

I look forward to your participation and hope we can gather some data. :)

Regards

Isn't that a variation of "always coloring the sound"? ;)
