Gaming music room (AVR pick for Sonos Arc+PS5+Stereo

Hello everyone.

My dream is to build gaming music room for watching movies on pc's monitor, play PS5 games and listen stereo PCM music. So here is what i've got:

Source: PC
Loudspeaker enclosure: Focal Chorus 706
Console: Sony Plastation 5
Sound: Sonos Arc (Sub+One x2)(Dolby Atmos)
Amplifier: Denon PMA800NE
AVR: Denon AVC-X3700H/AVR-2700H or Marantz SR6015

So question is:
1. whether to pick Denon AVC-x3700H/Marantz SR6015 and all media files will play through the single device so giving more usabiliity but significantly lossing stereo quality(even though it is not that bad in those AVR's)
or
2. pick a pair of Denon AVR-2700+Denon PMA800NE so in this case i will be able to play Hi-Res music without losing the quality and play games/movies via AVR however connection and pairing will be more complicated.
