For sale, one miniDSP OpenDRC-DA8, $225 + actual shipping cost from 48226.
This devices consists of a miniSHARC + miniDAC8 + rotary encoder / IR board in a 1/2 RU enclosure. It has a stereo SPDIF coaxial input and 8 channels of analog output.
It can run the following plugins:
1) miniSHARC: 48 kHz sample rate, 9600 FIR taps total, max 2048 taps/ch, 8 ch output
2) miniSHARC-96: 96 kHz sample rate, 3400 FIR taps total, max 2048 taps/ch, 8 ch output
This device was discontinued in 2020 and is a great tool for DIY active loudspeaker implementation (LXmini, LX521, ASR Directiva, etc). The ability to run at 48 kHz is very helpful when maximizing FIR taps with limited DSP resources. It also has extensive IIR capabilities to implement PEQ / x-overs and delay.
It comes with 5 V SMPS and USB cable. A remote is not provided but it has IR learning capability.
