Next up is HT Omega Claro II. Haven't used it in a year after I moved and stopped using my tower PC.
Drivers are here: https://www.htomega.com/drivers---claro-ii.html Good, stable performance. Never had issues on Windows (no Linux support, if that's your system). Nice part is that you can using TOSLINK in/out to capture TV audio and EQ it in the computer before passing it to a DAC.
I never used the analog out but it has an AKM AK4396 chip and AD8620 output buffer.
Selling for $150+shipping. I have the paper manual.
