I figured I'd try listing these here to see if there was any interest before going to AVS or US Audio Mart...
I have a pair of Sierra 2EX that I'm looking to get rid of now that I've built a pair of Philharmonic Audio BMRs. They started out life as a pair of b-stock Sierra 1s ($730.98), and were upgraded with the 2EX upgrade kit ($1109.19). The warranty is transferrable, and good through April 2024. I will also include both pairs of port plugs that Ascend sells - one is kind of a closed-tube of foam, and one just a roll.
I'd rate them as 7/10 (good) on the Condition scale - one cabinet has a scratch on the front left near the tweeter, which is invisible with the grilles on obviously. That's what made them B-stock originally. There are some fingerprints and light scuff marks on them as well, as well as some scratches on the back near one of the nameplates. Nothing too bad. See pics.
Asking for $1300. I'll cover shipping, as well, within the continental US. If you want me to send them to Amir before they head in your direction, that can be arranged, too
I know various members were eager to see how they compared to the other Ascends that he has measured.
Pics attached - they really pop out in the sun, but indoors the color is much more muted.
