I'm going to be going some maintenance work / re-setup of my turntable this weekend.

In the process, I'll need to take off my tonearm, re-mount it, and do the alignment all over again.

Does anyone have a Fozgometer?

Is it really better than using a multimeter for azimuth adjustment?

Never used one, but couldn't you get the same result feeding the test record readout to a DAW? You can see if both channels match and see the level go up and down. You also would benefit using a JS:goniometer plugin in the DAW. This is a variation on a vectorscope actually. Or perhaps the free Vectorscope here: http://www.fluxhome.com/products/freewares/stereotool-v3

Probably the same level of accuracy, maybe better, than using the multimeter. But it's definitely a bit more work, too.
