Fostex th909 only headphone that match bass quantity equivalent to harman target response curve

Yes as written . I’m in deep search of open back design headphones but come to the conclusion that this is The only headphone that competes with that target curve.

I haven't listened to, or know the TH909, but quite often the open back headphones that have more bass quantity tend to be less open, something between fully-open and semi-open, also pad material plays a role, leather/faux leather tends to be bassier compared to velour/textile earpads.

If you are after bass and are willing to EQ, Fidelio X2HR can be had for cheap and have outstanding performance/price ratio, or you have plenty of planar magnetic alternatives to choose from.

The semi-open TH909 does have elevated bass and good extension but does not follow Harman.

Elevated bass is fine, elevated midbass not so much. Makes some music muddy/bloated.
EQ is still needed and so is a perfect seal.
