Fosi ZD3 -Balanced DAC (ESS 9039Q2M) - First Look!

I have a Fosi ZD3, but I have it after my Wiim Ultra, so Sony TV-->HDMI-->Wiim Ultra --> Coax--> ZD3 and I have the same problem, Turn all off with the remote from the TV, all goes off and few minutes later Wiim, ZD3 and amp are going on again and after few mins going off. Triggers are connected, but since the TV is connected to the Wiim instead of the ZD3, this is no ZD3 problem in my case. But what is? for now I let it be, there are other things to get frustrated about.

Hi everyone,
I need some urgent help to recover my Fosi ZD3. I tried to update the device using the official Fosi update tool...The process finished successfully, but the device is now completely dead on all outputs and inputs it's not recognized by computer.
In an attempt to fix it, I used a CH341 programmer to flash the Winbond chip W25Q32JV, but I realized too late that the 204KB update file is not a full firmware dump. I have accidentally overwritten the bootloader area...
Does anyone here happen to have a full flash (2MB or 4MB)? Or maybe @Fosi Audio can provide the full binary to save my unit from becoming e-waste? I've already contacted official support, but they only offered basic troubleshooting steps (like waiting 10 minutes) which obviously cannot work on a bricked unit with a corrupted bootloader.
I would really appreciate any help to bring my unit back to life. Thanks in advance!

I did buy some updated OPA SX52B.

Where to connect/replace, for only RCA? Do i have to see respect the dot sign?
