Are these of the shelf NCx252MP and NC502MP modules? Or did they licensed the tech to apply to their own boards?

None of my sources provide a 12V a trigger output so actually a remote control could be of use to me. Currently I manually press the power button on each of my power amps to turn them on. Not a huge issue but a remote wouldn't be pointless.
We don't know much but a press release from Fosi in 2023 is claiming 20 millions products sold in more than 100 countries since the foundation of the company in 2017.
I think it's definitely a more visible brand on the western markets than in Asia.

I'm not even sure that it's dubious. The v5 in particular is has no chance of passing WAF. On closer inspection, I'm fairly sure that it doesn't even pass the HAF!
They do have a certain "fancy external floppy/CD/HD drive" vibe... Those slitty design elements at the front don't help the case. Lol.
Certainly not for me because way too flashy in a odd way, but who knows what the intended target customer base thinks about it? I wouldn't dismiss it just like that just because I with my traditional hifi-aesthetic upbringing don't find it appealing at all.

To me the v5 logos and design makes it look more like a car amplifier, but they maybe they'll offer different colour schemes. I don't have the need for that much power so I'm not the target audience anyway, and if it's anything like the v3 mono then it'll be great either way.
That's the problem I see with the market position:
If I wanted a Hypex poweramp, I wouldn't buy Fosi. Not with so many alternatives from established brands with a long track record regarding that. Not for these prices either.
The 250W mono must surely be a mixup or mistake? For 500-600 you get that in stereo.
And for around 1000... there's no reason to get a Fosi - who are new at this - over the usual NCX500 offers that already exist.
Both seem not very competitive overall, even assuming the 250W one is stereo.
BUT as said above, the Asian market situation is very different. Easily imaginable it'll be good offers there. Just not for us spoiled Juropeens and Murricans
I do like the sub out jack as it will be useful to some.

That is great news. Hypex and Purifi can work with manufacturers on custom designs. It would be a business negotiation meeting the needs of the class d designer-intellectual property owner, and the end equipment seller.
My observation is that Fosi and some other Chinese brands value the ASR testing and quality philosophy.
From memory, Fosi has in the past used crowd funding platforms which may offer a great price for early adopters.

Compared to the Audiophonics AP300-S250NCX, it's expensive for fairly similar performance.
Two power supplies, a screen, etc., in a single chassis seems like a lot. The ventilation appears well-designed, but what about the noise level?

I am happy to see a Chinese Hi-Fi company partner with Hypex and bring more competition to the market for amplifiers.
I hope they sell well enough to incentivize more companies to partner with Hypex.

The touch display does seem unnecessary on a mono amplifier and possibly a risk of failure over the long term. Also remote control and sub out are odd and likely increasing cost to some degree. They do look great though and I've been curious of when the we'd see one of the many capable China based manufacturers would begin incorporating the hypex hypex modules into a true flagship. I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
AFAIK, Cambridge Audio were fairly early adopters of Hypex NCore amps, back in 2021, (252 and 122), and still produce some models with newer Hypex modules.
