Fosi V3.5 Mono Blocks? Received Replacement Pair Today

Several weeks ago I ordered 4 Fosi v3 Monoblocks with a 48v 10a smps for each

Two had 25/19 gain switches and two had 31/25. Fosi said the 25/19 was the most recent change as 31db was too much gain

These were replaced as a pair for one with a bad (intermittent sound) rca connector

Fosi was very responsive throughout. Will try these out tonight and compare to my other modded pair

Overall very pleased with these. They compare well to my McCormack DNA1 monoblocks but seem to have slightly more bass control/punch/growl

I am in a similar situation and so far I have not received a response from FOSI. I have four mono blocks that I ordered as a pair a couple of weeks apart directly from FOSI. Although I am currently using the balanced connection it does not sit well with me that Fosi would not send them as matched pairs.

What did you also have an intermittent RCA connection? Are you getting no replies from them? I am in the USA and they have replied 99% of the time in less than 24 hours.
I am using gmail.

I am in the US. I tried email with the support page as I could not get a response from the chat box. The email wa sent early last week. I also attempted to post in the Fosi community forum. That post never appeared.FOSI shipping customers two different versions of a mono block amplifier makes no sense to me. Hopefully someone from FOSI gets word on these issues and resolve them promptly.
