Looking at Fosi's new product lines and upcoming in production units I love that they are focusing on balanced units and more sub outs with high passes on more units.
I might still buy the new ZP3 Pre amp but it seems big and excessive for a simple crossover for my studio monitor setup with svs sub but for the price to have a passive crossover its still good.

If they could make a USB C DAC with:
  • Bluetooth
  • Balanced headphone out
  • Balanced TRS output (cuz TRS is superior imo lol)
  • rca outs for the plebs or other users for other units
  • USB C audio in
  • rca subwoofer out
  • selectable high pass for TRS Main output (I prefer low crossovers, at least include a 60hz high pass along with 80hz and maybe 120hz?)
  • Volume knob
  • preferably NO TONE CONTROLS, just adds more space and me personally I don't use tone controls and just prefer flat natural sounds going to my monitors.)
Maybe they could make more products with a slim depth profile instead of hotdogs (example such as an audio interface where the main length runs across from the desk)

I’m extremely disappointed with the support I received from Fosi Audio. When their product failed, they took an unreasonably long time to respond, and ultimately refused to stand behind what they sold. Despite clear evidence of the issue, they dismissed their responsibility and offered a token $30 as compensation — a gesture that felt more like an attempt to silence the complaint than to resolve it.

What’s most concerning is their disregard for basic consumer rights. Rather than addressing the problem or offering a meaningful solution, they deflect and delay. This experience has left me with no confidence in their customer service or their commitment to quality.

I would strongly caution others to consider this before purchasing. A company that doesn’t support its own products is not one I can recommend.
