Fosi Audio BT30D - No Sound from Right Channel, new out of the box.

Hi, I have received the BT30D for Christmas. Unfortunately, it seems that right out of the original box, the right channel is not working at all.
I have swapped the wires from both left to right and vice versa. Nothing comes out of the right channel. I have swapped speakers, wires, tried every combination. Nothing comes out of the right channel whatever I do.

I tried with bluetooth using my phone AND my computer and both have the same issue. What is wrong with my unit? It's brand new out of the box.
No issues with the bluetooth whatsoever, it connects fine and music plays from the left channel Only.
Is there some kind of firmware update I can do or something? This is quite disappointing as this product does exactly what I was looking for.

Yes, DOA devices can happen. It happens to every vendor. Those vendors that perform extensive testing and QC before shipping tend to have very low levels of DOA devices, but they are still vulnerable to shipping "incidents". Just return it and ask for a replacement.
