Seems like 10inch active subwoofer from nomenclature, clean looks!

Could work well with music. Specs, Price?

I'm wondering about the -3 Db, -6 Db & -10 Db points.
Is it actually a sub or an enhanced woofer?
Either way, it could possibly be a great enhancement to many systems.
Aesthetically, it seems fine to me.
Color choices?

I can only imagine it functioning effectively as an enhanced woofer. Perhaps I'm being overly reductionist here, but pretty hard for any driver under 12" in a small enclosure to truly reproduce subbass at a meaningful SPL. I imagine with extreme engineering there could be exceptions though.

A sub like this only needs to make much better bass than the small bookshelf or desktop speakers it'll realistically be paired with. I imagine it will do that extremely well. Especially paired with their ZP3 preamplifier and its high-pass filter.

Absolutely, agreed hence why as a previous poster had suggested, it is more of a bass enhancement rather than an actual subwoofer.

Guys, guys, remember the "sub" in subwoofer means subbass, not subsonic :p
Yes, to me a "real" sub needs to be able to do 85dB / 1m at 20hz in-room, which is not a super high bar to clear, but some subs still don't. Being able to do 12hz at 120dB seems cool but I can only imagine doing it in 2 cases, one if I move to a house >1000 feet from the nearest neighbor and want to have a movie night that's really off the chain, two if I want the cops to come and calling 911 myself is too slow.

In full agreement here.
As to distance for 12 Hz @ 120 db: 1320 feet is just about right.
(a 1/4 mile for those unfamiliar with American Drag Racing, I have heard that Europeans use around 400 meters for the same activity).

US $374.99 but in EU it's €462.49 or $535

$375 is €324.14

Why such a huge difference ??

I own a krk sub and with prices of less then 300 euros for the 8" 34.5 hz +/- 3 db and 113db i see no reason to buy a €462 10" sub

The 10 inch krk is under 400 euros 15.88kg +/- 3 db is 30hz and max spl is rated at 117db what is the point in buying the fosi audio sub ?

I bought it in September at the launch for USD 296, which was 263 EUR. For 263 EUR it is ok, but not more then that. Probably should have bought the XTZ Sub 8.17.
