Forum System Upgrade on October 17th, 8:00 am Pacific Time

Sorry for the short notice but we need to upgrade our hardware platform. For the duration, the forum will need to be closed so that we can move over a complete snapshot.

The upgrade is scheduled around 8:00 am Pacific Time (UTC-8).

I don't know how long it will take. It may be 2-3 hours depending on how well everything goes and transfer speed between old and new server.

Appreciate everyone putting up with this.

Sorry, your current hardware and software platform is not fully MQA compliant. Upgrading may cause the following issues:

Any threads with more than 96 posts will be truncated to 48 or 24 posts and individual sentences may drop random words.
The first 16 posts of each thread may also contain spurious, unrelated, artificially generated content.
If you have a blue tally light on your server rack, it may illuminate intermittently to signify partial MQA authorization.
