I've noticed almost all of their headphones have this dip. Literally every single one it seems and this is coming from someone who has a clear that has never clipped that I absolutely love.

Why would they keep that dip in there with their headphone design and how much does it effect SQ?

Seems the only one that doesn't have the dip is the utopia but some brightness(?) between 5k-6k:

What's the problem?

Just get Utopia. ;)

... I guess its not a huge surprise Clear MG has it too.

May be related to the mass of the diaphram.

I really like the Celestee and Original Clear, but Utopia sounds the best of the three here. Hopefully Amir gets to evaluare Stellia and Clear MG at some point.
