I don't know if this has happened to anyone, I encountered this problem in two distinct and separate audio systems (both with a TV connected to a Fire TV in between).
At a certain point I noticed a background noise, not constant but in the form of discharges, very high in volume and very annoying, in both cases the solution was to remove the power supply from the Fire TV Stick (even just disconnect it from the HDMI port it seems to work)
I would like to know if anyone knows what type of problem this is and if there is a solution other than unplugging the TV stick

Cannot offer any advice. I have a Roku stick that acts the same though not very often. Usually after the power blinks on and off during a storm. Unplug for minute and plug it back up seems to fix it. The sounds I get are almost like a super quick sweep, a high pitched squeak or somewhat longer lower pitched squelching sound. Sometimes this coincides with a lower than normal volume level coming out of the streaming stick. If it happened often I'd look for another device.

We have three 4k Firetv sticks and a Cube and never had that problem. If you have the little HDMI adapter mini cable it comes with I'd try with and without it, or a different outlet for power to try a quick fix.
We're just using a Tripp Lite surge protector since we're in the lighting capitol of the world. On the different sets I've never noticed that issue though.

Yes, I think it's something very similar! I'll also try turning off the power for a few minutes.
No, I have problems with the streamer because it sends the signal via optical cable directly to the digital input of the amp, but when I use the analogue input which comes from the TV the interference signal is really strong enough to make that input unusable, very frustrating

It happened to me both in a system where I used the small adapter and in one where I didn't use it, so it's independent, both sticks are powered by a USB power supply hub, I'll try powering them with a power bank to see if anything changes.

I use several Fire Sticks and never such an issue but I don't connect them directly to my tvs either (if I understand your post for that).
