Hope you have a monitor to match it. How's the noise with this case? I've awlays had silent cases like Fractal Design's Define, so I do wonder.
I have a 43" 4k monitor. I will be upgrading that shortly also to a more current version.
No noise. 16 fans all running at about 850 rpm. Lot's of intake and exhaust.
NBeloop 140mm exhaust fans are very quiet and powerful.

Solitiare. 3D pool. :D
I haven't played computer games since the SWAT series and Max Payne but I plan on getting back into it. I've been waiting for Ready or Not FPS for 2 years now.
I finished Metro Exodus last year and it is one of the best FPS games I ever played. It kills the previous Metro games and it is not dreary and drab looking for most of the game. Great fantastic graphics in Metro Exodus and the storyline is good too.

Nice build - good work.

I have 24 core Xeon system with 48 Gbytes of ram and it seems to just run at idle most of the time, except when I'm performing some benchmark or punishment test. It takes work just to push the pedal to get it actually working hard during normal use.

I'm pretty proud of myself. Lot's of custom work. Acrylic panels on the sides, fan mounting brackets and install, acrylic lighted blocks, wiring, the black acrylic mirror that runs down the mobo that adds depth and reflects the lighting. I put a lot of thought into it and it turned out better then I hoped.
I have no control over the lighting until I install the control programs.

Kinda happy with the lights. The controller for the 3 acrylic pieces is crap and I need a better one.
Just about ready to move it to it's new home on my desk with a proper monitor.
That's a hell of a lot of work though and will be a few days. Important thing is no more rainbow puke.

Pretty nice setup. Especially the casework.

I also have a 5950x with 128gb of ecc but it's all stuffed into a black box. Why no optane, given your budget?

Nothing really. I just decides since I spent so much money I may as well go all out on the memory also.
I get that. This is an audio forum, and we've all been known for hi-fi excesses at one time or another. ;) So I'm not knocking it out of hand.

I mean, I'm sure that somewhere in audioland, there's a guy who uses a 1000 Watt Mac amp to drive his Klipschorns. Just in case.

And you know that the majority of Bugatti owners probably don't drive much over the speed limit. But they know that if they ever need to go 300mph, it's there!

VERY nice, and much higher end than the system I recently built. I said going in that I did not care about RGB, but then RAM prices started going up and the only good deal I could find locally was on some Corsair RGB. That looked pretty cool so I said "What the heck" and spent a small amount extra for RGB fans and a case with a tempered glass door. Admired my creation for a couple of days and then put it under the desk so as not to completely destroy the imaging from my speakers, and now I only remember I have RGB when I walk into my office after dark. I should have known better.

Had to get a new lighting controller and finished setup and benchmarks yesterday.
Unlike my GPU it looks like I got a so-so quality processor but after playing around I got it flying pretty good.
