Welcome to the Forums,
Even I can't help you directly from my experience with that device, I might notice that you perhaps could do better in describing your problem more figurative, for example naming the device - FIIO 11 R2R - the in /out puts of devices and cable clearly and perhaps attaching photos from the cable in use and the back side of the FIIO K11 R2R.
Did you use the USB Data cable that came with the device ?
I know, we could google it too, but you came here and you are asking for some help, thus you may have a better chance to get good and helpful responses with a bit more oversight and effort. If you want us to read the manual, you may attach that as well.
- Here is a link to the FIIO K11 FAQ page - just in case no manual is available. https://www.fiio.com/k11r2r_faq
- I might guess that at least two of your devices use Android, which may mean that you have to set the device for external DAC output. Perhaps you did so, and I just overlooked it?
The FAQ says:
" To connect the K11 to an Android phone, player or Apple phone, you need to purchase an additional Type-C to Type-C, lightning to Type-C OTG cable (such as FiiO LT-TC1, LT-LT3) to connect:
1. After the K11 is turned on, use the OTG cable to connect to the mobile phone;
2. K11 input mode switch to USB;

3. K11 output setting: switch to the corresponding output port according to the interface used, switch the headphone or speaker output on the front panel to PO, and switch the line output on the rear panel to LO to decode the audio signal of the mobile phone."
- From a first view, on the K11, I may think that you need to switch the coax on input when using coax cable towards the DAC.
The FAQ states:
" 1.After powering on the K11, switch the input mode of K11 to the corresponding input: OPT IN (optical fiber), COAX IN(coaxial), and connect to the corresponding optical fiber/coaxial input line;
2.K11 output setting: switch to the corresponding output port according to the interface used, switch the headphone or speaker output on the front panel to PO, and switch the line output on the rear panel to LO to decode the audio signal of the mobile phone.

3.Scroll the volume knob and adjust the volume of the K11 to a suitable level before playing music. And select the GAIN (gain) according to personal preference;"

HTH, my 2c. Tom

Cheers,some great help there, i may well need the type c to type c cable,the cable im using is a type c to a sort of headphone type jack at the other end,it's all i could find for now amongst my cables and stuff,i'll purchase a proper C to C cable tomorrow,meanwhilst i'll read through your helpful post and see what i can find

Found a genuine type c - type c cable in my drawer and still nothing, i get the sound coming from the Tab A,phone etc but nothing from the FIIO,really must be to do with the settings on the device itself,i'll take it to a HIFI shop tomorrow,and see if they can pair it to my devices,i've been trying since around 12 o clock today and got nowhere,so not much chance of me getting it now

Not entirely sure tbh,i had the fiio connected to my Samsung phone and with my headphones on, i just started fiddling with various settings, then suddenly i had music coming through my headphones,i purchased the Fiio to use with my Tab and my portable dvd player(for travel) originally, i still haven't been able to connect it to either Tab or dvd player as yet,but at least it's working with something,i already have 2 Fiio E5's that i have had for a few years,one is connected to my PC the other for now i use between my Tab & dvd player,which i'll keep using for now until i manage to connect the R2R to them,tbh since i got it working with my phone,i've only spent a few minutes trying to connect it to my Tab, when i get the chance i'll connect it again and spend some time fiddling with settings and see how it goes, but for now i'm happy enough using it for music on my phone,at least i know the Fiio is working and is not faulty in any way

Just a small review of the R2R,having spent the evening listening to music on my phones (back & forth between a Samsung S24 Ultra and a Google Pixel 6 Pro)my headphones are Audio Technica M50s,i have to say,the sound from the R2R is amazing, i have been using a little FIIO E5 over last few years for music etc which is a decent little gadget, but this K11 R2R,is just on another level completely(probably a few levels actually)for the price of somewhere around the £150 mark,the sound is actually amazing,i certainly wouldn't class myself as some sort of audiophile,far from it,but even i know great sound when i hear it,i listen to various music from Bowie to Erasure to UB40 with others in between and the sound from this K11 is just crisp and the way it should be,as i said i'm no Audiophile but having spent a few years working in nightclubs etc,i think by now i have an ear for decent music,and i would say this little gadget is up there with some(if not all)of my previous hifi systems i've had over the years

PO and LO had me for a minute or two….Phone out and Line out….no auto switch between the two, it has to be done in the settings.

I've been listening to one for a few days now coming from my Pontus II as my main DAC. At first it sounds really nice and detailed but after a while I'm finding the bass and midrange sounds a bit bloated, as if someone pressed the Loudness button on my old amp. This is not a specific characteristic of R2R Dacs so I'd be really curious how this measures.
