I'm using AUNBand 10 band EQ. I think I have a 2020 model Sennheiser HD650. The logo is on the left side of the headband. I couldn't find a serial number, but found what looks like a date code on the driver that could indicate the year of manufacture was 2020. I used crinkle's EQ setting for Sennheiser HD650 (2020) that I found on autoeq.app and found I liked it a little more than oratory1990's harman target from 2018. What are your favorite HD650 EQ settings?

I am trying these settings now. Sounds pretty good. Where did they come from?

Oh just my personal preset I use. Just follows the -0.8dB/Oct tilt of the Diffuse Field HRTF of the 5128 rig it was measured on without to much alterations in certain areas to keep some of the qualities of the stock tonal identity

Thank you for this. I like it more than my previous favorite (oratory1990's 2018 harman target) and it does seem to retain more of the qualities of the stock sound. All I did was add 0.1dB to 5000 Hz.

Glad your music sounds enjoyable on it. Have fun

I went back to Oratory1990's latest Harman target.

I like the Crinacle 2020 target too.
where do you get your settings? autoeq.app? I noticed Oratory's settings are different from reddit. Can you post your settings here?

I mean where do you get your settings from? Link?
As I said, I use the EQ that comes with Sounsource and Roon's OPRA. They don't show you what filters and levels are applied, just a graph in the case of OPRA. Sorry, don't have any links.
