Fane Sovereign 12-250TC project measurements

would a line array with these fane 12inch full range work the cone would be be barely moving to produce huge volume I would expect
Yes, that would work but I think the min. listening distance would be like 20 meters....
Even with my 3.5 inch drivers my 3 meter listening distance is so-so....
+ see the measurements of my MCLA, high frequency starts to drop from 4kHz already

oh ok I also considered having one upward firing with some kind of horn like the bang and olufsen ones they use to spread the sound

I tweaked the big ones with metal foil.

All is described here.

DSP is a fine tuning for fullranges!

There is a solution for the indirect sound field if you wish to solve it:

indirect tweeters which have to be cut off at 5khz an should be adjustable in loudness to fit the room reverberant field

Corrections were done using a combination of 'pre-EQ' low and high shelves followed by parametric EQ-ing using CraveEQ (Transparent Phase Mode) based on REW generated filters and then CurveEQ for further flattening of the response
Hopefully, the OP is still around... CraveEQ is a VST plugin for DAW software, AFAIK. So a DAW is used for playback here rather than a jukebox type player like JRiver? Please explain.

Jriver was/is being used - it does support VST plugins ;)
