When pushed these charlatans don’t talk data loss, it’s noise. But can’t tell how much there toys reduce it by or how it’s done.
The assertion is that the noise in question cannot be measured or heard - until it is removed at which point you realise it was there all along.
Therefore the product can only be assessed by listening. That's logically consistent. The problem is the listening comparisons are done without any controls and are therefore unreliable.
The vendor refuses to acknowledge the need for the listening comparisons to be controlled (I've been through this with him too).

They seem to have other problems, too. Quality control doesn't even encompass their own websites gallery. My question mark pasted for easier spotting...

I think the principle is copper shielding and other anti RFI materials. So the alleged RFI noise does not travel into the network switch or get picked up by it. I don't know if there's any secret sauce as well.

Real networks run Gigabits over 300' of ordinary unshielded cat6 cable, and ordinary switches, in industrial spaces (lots of EMI) and RFI is never a problem. They are sometimes used to distribute audio and HD video with out problems. Balanced transmit/recieve over twisted pairs is all thats needed.
Why would 20' of cat cable pushing a couple of Megabits in a home have issues?
And shielded cat cables only shield with switches made for shielded cable or the shields just float. How many of these audiophools switch to shielded cable but keep there ordinary switches?

With anything like this my position is that the vendor should provide evidence that
a) There's a problem to be solved.
b) That the device solves the problem, or at least reduces it.
Casual listening isn't sufficient evidence of either.
However they seem to be selling well regardless, and since I use CD only, no streaming, my interest in it is slight, and entirely academic.

I actually get bored hearing about extreme snake oil products nowadays. I don't even find them funny anymore they just bore me to tears. That includes $1000 cables with batteries attached.

Not exactly hifi related, bit it protects against electro smog, 5G radiation (what about 4G?). No serious hobbyist/golden ear should live without it
