Extreme Snake Oil

The Grateful Dead had a song called Box of Rain -- so, I suppose, in the 21st Century a Box of Ground isn't really such a stretch. More of a refinement/upgrade, eh?
;)

Swedish ground featuring tungsten -- very apt. Tung sten is Swedish for heavy stone. I'll bet most of y'all knew that already. :)

Why does it have to say made in Sweden so prominently

It is 'work' the problem. Right ?
Yes it not an electric circuit in any normal sense you put one wire to a box of magic trinkets .
You could stick a ground wire to a flower pot in the listening room.

I think they pray on the fact that ground potential GND contains the word “ground” .

The electrical system is referenced to ground in some way somewhere in the grid massive amounts of copper wire etc conects some points of the transformers to ground ( which one depending on location in the world ) and the there is an earth grid in parallel with the cables in the city conection all the substations etc in a massive earth grid . We want this is consumer grids .
It’s just so that if something are on ground potential the voltage is 0 if you measure against ground aka the sourounding environment the floor radiators and water pipes in your house .

You can not get any kind ground with a box of trinkets. You could make your own gnd by burying copper plates or poles in the soil in your garden preferably at some dept so . But in most cases this is already done for you in a much better way in the junction box where your power comes in to your house ….

FYI so called IT network are quite common in industrial applications a power grid that’s not connected to ground .

Rambling… the purpose is to have an agreed upon 0 volt that’s the same for everyone.

Speaking of snake oil, I came across this snippet: behind-the-scenes of James Randy exposing faith healer Peter Popoff. Quite interesting as I’ve never seen those details:

It made me think of Amir being the current “ guy” for exposing snake oil, in terms of audio.

And those are still my favourite videos of his, when he exposes extravagant boutique cables in the like.
Cannot open the link. Maybe it requires a login.

Can't really blame them for trying to prey on the Scandinavian reputation for quality. I think it's something most nordic quacks will shamelessly do.

You guys also have Audiophile Rocks. No fancy laser engraved statements on their products though. Just sad lumps of FIMO clay on an eBay page :D

Maybe you'll get lucky and it's assembled in Malaysia. :)

Are you grounded? Lead designer Ted Denney III is.
Ted Denney III took it a step further and asked himself, "What if I grounded myself?" This led to the creation of a prototype grounding strap, which, when connected to the Galileo Ground Block SX, brought even more improvements in sound naturalness, better instrument localization, and smoother high frequencies.

At least it’s straightforward to A/B.

I'll wait for Ted Denney IV before i do anything :D Ted Denney II and I must have been really bad .

Could these clown just reverse polarity or some such while using this thing . That would be a night and day difference probably astonishing possibly life changing (.. ending )

"The Voodoo Streamer Server began with the intention of overcoming the last significant barrier separating digital audio from the best turntables and reel-to-reel tape decks. Namely, a sense of compression where digital streaming sounds flatter and with high-frequency limitations when directly compared to the best LPs and tapes."
