Those are very nice emails to receive when they happen! :)

My Master Edition is arriving on my doorstep early next week. Can't wait to try out all the functions and hooking it up to my Buchardts A700 and my A90D for headphone listening.

Just turn the TV off (or don't turn it on in the first place) or change the TV input to antenna or use one of the TV's apps. You may have to turn CEC off to prevent it from interfering (like automatically turning your TV on even though you just want to listen to music on the A6).
I don’t really want to turn CEC off as I like being able to turn all components off with one click. I need to figure out how to change the video input on the Marantz to another source (I also can just not turn the TV on to start)

Is there any way to turn on the Eversolo DMP A6 from the phone app? I enjoy using the app to control, but I have not figured out how to turn on the DMP A6 without actually touching the Volume knob

I have my DMP A6 connected via HDMI to my Marantz SR8015 and on the TV it’s a blue screen. Is there a way I can avoid this? Like to show what’s playing or even see a TV channel?
There won't be video from the HDMI output of the DMP-A6, but you can change the Pass-Through source of the connected HDMI input to an active HDMI source. When the source enters Standby the AVR will switch to the assigned Pass Through source for video ...

Anyone else here ordered from Futeko and has heard any updates for preorder batch 3? Still on track for June 15?

Anyone know if sales tax is charged when purchasing directly from Futeko and shipping to the US? Thanks in advance.

Can someone tell me if the EverSolo will auto switch between digital inputs? Say for example the digital input is set to coax, but then I press play on a cd player connected to the optical input. I would like the device to auto change input. Is there an option for this? And if not, can it be considered please via firmware update?

Many thanks!

I could see that potentially being a problem/annoyance in different situations. Probably better to simply choose the input you want to hear manually.

No. It doesn't auto switch.

It was simply a thought/opinion I had with regard to the auto switch feature he was requesting.
My current, non streaming dac, does this, and it is actually quite useful. Especially with other members of the family. Sometimes a child will switch the input to something un-used, and then when I stream something via Chromecast connected to the optical in, thankfully the DAC will auto switch and play. Just one less thing to worry about. Or perhaps the wife puts on a CD, which is connected to the coaxial digital input. Since it auto switches, I can tell my family "just put in the CD and press play". For many non tech people, the less buttons they have to press the better.

So I would suggest, please consider adding this as an optional feature. (I know Eversolo employees are in this forum!)

I'm using the RS250 together with an external DAC and headphone amps as a small system for some cans.
Compared to the eversolo, the build quality is a bit better, the display much bigger, you've a (bluetooth) remote and you can also use it as a simple video player.
The HDMI out puts here directly the display data out or/and you can use it (bypassing) for multiple audio formats.
You can put in a SSD, but (through SMB) the transfer rate is very low (better using ftp) and the internal player uses playlists, which I don't like so much.
As stereo Roon endpoint it's very stable, but without Roon, it's a pain to use it (also no DLNA client is implemented).

The eversolo uses a newer android (7.1 <--> 10) and can handle multichannel audio through HDMI (also in using Roon), the internal SSD has much better transfer rates.
But also here the internal audio player is far away from perfect, if you've a larger music collection. Otherwise you can use it a DLNA client.
Do you know if the Eversolo will play video vs. just still art in its casting to a TV? The HiFi rose 250a I have will, but i'm not sure about the Eversolo.

As descibed many times: The DMP-A6 puts out only a blue screen through HDMI.

I will receive DMP-A6 in the beginning of July, but I wish to get 4tb M.2 drive ready for it before that, so my question is. If I format it to NTFS and add FLAC files on it before installing it, will it work plug and play? Or does it work only by inserting it and uploading files over ethernet (so it can make some special folders and what not).
