I'm pretty sure I read differently but I guess we'll see. The unit is fine now,but If possible it would be nice to know if I have a dud so I could return to Amazon, which is a lot easier than returning to Eversolo.
Eversolo did get back to me tonight. My unit was built in October so it should be exempt from the PS issues. Very relieved and very impressed with Eversolo’s quick response.

I purchased a DMP-A6 Master Edition GEN 2 in August 2025 (received and set up on August 20).
It worked very well until today (4 months). It suddenly stopped during streaming playback...and, although it restarted twice after a 15-minute power break, it is now completely out of service. It won't start up at all.
So I contacted the retailer (Audiophonics) to have it covered under warranty.
I have no concerns about the quality of Audiophonics' service and will keep you informed when it's back to normal. I'll also try to find out what caused the failure, although it's almost certain that the power supply has given up the ghost...
In short... the Eversolo disease has once again been confirmed...
The problem is that this is my only audio system and I have no music until it's fixed...
