After updating one of my Eversolo A6s, the beginnings of many tracks are being cut off when played back. This affects music streamed from Amazon Unlimited as well as from files on a USB thumb drive and from my media server.

No issues on my DMP-A6 gen 1.

Try powering it all the way down and then start it back up.

Try the Zidoo forum. Lots of complaints there about this update. It sounds like they've already put out another one to fix the problems it created with gapless playback (and, I hope, the other issues I had with it).

I can confirm that they now have a new update, which fixes this and other issues. It can be installed from the A6 Gen 2, as you would normally update.

At this time, one user is saying that the beginning of some tracks "stutter" the opening note when streaming from Qobuz. I saw similar behavior with some tracks streaming from Amazon, but so far this seems to have been fixed with the latest update.

HI, after update, some CDs (SHM-CDs) are freezing up, while advancing to the next track...

Hello all. The glitches in Qobuz Connect is improving. The next firmware update will address the issue.
You can fill out this form to receive the new firmware in advance when it's available:
Thanks for your patience.
