Eversolo DMP-10, new release 25 october

Delay for the subs I presume as part of the crossover/gain/polarity .

thank you Keith, that would solve my problem of not being able to add subs to the Kii Threes IF the delay is high enough to reach the (roughly) 90ms indicated by Kii
 
There is the low latency mode and the BXT option although their cost/benefit is questionable.

In addition to manufacturing excellent products, Eversolo has become an expert in marketing... "In marketing, buzz refers to a set of techniques aimed at promoting a product, service, event, etc. It leverages a phenomenon as old as time: rumor. The idea is to spread information indirectly and let it propagate through word of mouth. This is also known as "viral marketing.
It's been more than a week that all the forums are talking about the A10. without having any idea of the price and the real novelties.
 
If the price is high enough I don't get the benefit over an A/V processor...
 
See neither an ADC to use PEQ with analog inputs, nor individual EQ for sub outputs and main speakers, what would make a real difference compared to A8.
But this may be due to this preliminary informations.

Well, I guess to each his own nothing wrong with that decision if it was right for you, from selling High End Audio all through the 1980s and partly into the 90s you’ll never win playing the catch-up game every year or sometime every so often no matter whose manufacturing what or for whatever it’s purposes There will always be new models coming out sometime there for the better sometime. They’re for the worst. I just got off the phone with a very reliable source. I guess you would say kinda like a representative for ZIDOO Co, other than the power supply, which is an extremely important part of any unit and a few other things here and there that makes me want to keep my A8 even more by the way, this gentleman also told me that the MSRP on the A-10 is is going to be approximately $.3500.00 ,

However, based on my own personal opinion only
If you’re lucky enough to have an A8 now and you are happy with it and enjoy it. My recommendation would be to keep it. Why would you want to spend a couple thousand dollars more for basically what you already own, now if it’s a power supply issue that’s bothering you. There are plenty of makers out there making some beautiful power supplies for the A8, I would definitely look into an external unit that’s the way to go, but sometimes waiting is gonna put you further behind than what you already would’ve been now I don’t mean to supplies to everything absolutely not but if I was going to put out $3500 on a unit is such at this present point in the very near future, I believe I would do a whole lot of looking around

I sold the HIFI Rose because to me again just in my own personal opinion I believe the A8 was at least at the very minimum 90% of the HIFI rose, however being an old man now and in and out of the business sometime, it can be very dissatisfying in certain situations of that’s why I waited but I have came across many of people that have to have the latest and greatest so they’re willing to put out however many thousands it takes to get it only to see a traded interrupt for sale very shortly after just my own personal thoughts, but watch playing the catch-up waiting game sometime it’ll come back to bite you especially in the wallet good luck and happy listening. I remain respectfully yours.

Curious how the DMP A10 compares against the Bluesound Iconic in terms of measurement/performance and price.
 
I thought the A8 was already pricy, looks like they completely missed the boat with the A10. I might be wrong but I'll pass and it not bcs of performance or available funds but they are getting into the bs audiophile territory pricing.

The Bluesound Amir measured here wasn’t that great through its analogue output.

Let's see once price details become available. It will for sure be more than A8, but lets see how much more

If you don't actually need an AV processor, you don't have to spend money on lots of stuff that's not used. And the SINAD of a typical AVR is mediocre compared to the Eversolo lineup.
