I based on pref score, dbr62 is both better by default and with eq. The difference is small (almost unnoticeable) thoughOn which data do you base that? Looking at both of their measurements for example I like the smoother directivity and and PIR of the UBR more:

Yes, that is the problem, the score when so close doesn't consider important details as above mentioned, sometimes I wish it wouldn't exist as it leads to oversimplifications and is used for something that it wasn't made for.
The only thing you can blame ubr62 is the low sensitivity. In a real living room, with multiple listening positions the 3-way concentric design will sound better. Even at original price there is a value on the ubr but for 420 euros it's really a no-brainer.
If you care to look at the original website you find out that on request they ship to Switzerland and Luxemburg, too.
