To be honest, I don't find the hifiberry products very worthy, unless you value the tidiness of having a hat instead of a second box.
A dongle instead of a DAC hat, or a USB spdif card instead of the digis are much more versatile and quite often not so pricey. It would be a much different story if the pi didn't have USB though...

Word of caution regarding strassen hifi: if you order from outside Netherlands and expect them to recalculate the VAT (21% in the Netherlands) to that of your country, be aware that they will recalculate the VAT, yes, but they will increase the price accordingly to keep the difference for themselves.
Seems to be legal, but to me it shows an attitude towards the customer that makes me stay away.
Took some email exchanges for them to send me a correct tracking number, what is concerning if you are ordering expensive stuff.

Picked up a new pair of LS60 Wireless today for €5,400 from AVEC (https://www.avec-sa.com/colonnes-connectees/5713-kef-ls60-wireless-la-paire.html)
They advertise them from €6,990, have a Black Friday deal at €6,490, but when I went to visit them in the store, they sold me a pair of grey ones for €5,100 (with the Black Friday discount), saying they were an earlier pricing from KEF, before they got bumped up in price.

Shipping to Greece cost me an extra €300 fully insured. Total damage: €5,400.

Guys, this is a sort of weird one and probably not for everyone but if you check the jbl club pro + in amazon.de warehouse they are all 20% off, what gets you a pair for ca. 50-70 eur depending on condition.
My experience with warehouse products has been very good, more often than not I can't even find the scratches that they claim in the description.

my country isn't supported directly in their afterbuy, nor with payment through Paypal which i prefer - nonetheless, after a few mails with them i got one for the BF price with a 10% down payment even tho they are on back-order at the moment (out of stock) with a decently low postage fee, so kudos to strassen-hifi (plus, i can cancel if the back order takes too long)
