The price per piece in Germany is around €1240-1260 from inexpensive retailers.
There have been offers for around €1200, the last one last week.
There was supposedly an offer for €999 in April, but I don't have any information on that. It could have been a pricing error or a returned item.

Adam T-series has reduced prices likely because of Amazon's Prime Day. T5V are 139€ at Thomann and musicworld and 139,65€ for Amazon Prime members. T7V are 152.95€ for Amazon Prime members and 161€ if not and the same at Thomann and 160€ at musicworld. T8V are 219€ at Thomann and musicworld but not immediately available at the latter and are 219.30€ for Amazon Prime members. T10S is 339€ at musicworld.

My favourite DAC at some shops - at least in Germany - is down to 849€, even sometimes minus another 2% to 832€:
