(Europe) Master Deals Thread on Audio Product Sales

Well not sure how much are XLR outputs worth to you. For short runs (like 2-3m), RCA should not be a problem at all for all channels. I can't say I have issue running 8m RCA to my subs from 6700H. They sound like Thor's hammer nonetheless.

While 600 might seem as a good price, you never know how much remaining life is on those used ones - which will depend on how they were treated thermally and otherwise. Also, not sure if these support Audi XT32 and Audi Multi EQ-X app. If not, I would not go there.
Apropos: Denon AVC-X3800 for 870€ on Stassen Hifi

Marantz will always have the reliability plus (with exclamation mark), but if price is concern and XLR is a must, HTP-1 and Arcam 40 might be options to look at, with acknowledgement that there might be a need to deal with them bugs in the firmware. They will not have Audi, but Dirac with DLBC (at extra cost), so another thing to consider.
But is it in your opinion a real thing? I mean the "Marantz's reliability"; I am not sure for instance if this offer for the Cinema 40 (1700€) is justified by a noticeable difference in quality:

Sorry - my reference was to D&M reliability. I had their products for quite a while and never encountered any significant issues. Feel that is the thinking on various forums as well, but occasional lemons are in the mix too. Since they are based on same platform (sans HDAM for Denon), they are generally equally reliable.

Difference between Cinema series and Denon equivalents is for the most part in design and some specs that IMO don't swing it to Marantz vs Denon. If budget is concern, 870 Euro for 3800H, I would definitively get that one vs Marantz 40 for 1,700.

PM if have any other concerns - think people on this tread are anxious to hear last of the Black Friday deals.

HeimKinoWelt (Austria). I must say that I have never heard of this retailer though, maybe someone might share her/his experience?
few years back I was there several times a month. They are legit, very nice and also knows their stuff. If you need anything just call them or write a mail. If they can they will help you.

I really can recommend them (and If something is happening with your order, I'll drive over and visit the store ;) )

I bought a CD player this year at HeimKinoWelt. They are a legit store.
Just be careful about the delivery time quoted at their online store. In my case, it was quite longer than promised.

for me, it took them two working days to get the package picked up by DHL (which itself is far from being fast) + 3 days to get to me (local postal service took their time, too)

55% Discount on the Hypex DIY mono case

Great deal but decided to pass on it so sharing. Don't know the vendor though.
Audio-Markt.de is a classified ads website, the vendors can be big shops or individuals (that may or may not scam you). I have had mixed experiences, so just use precaution as you would do with any classifieds website. This vendor in particular has only 5 registered sales, although that may not mean much.

That is true - so recommend caution as noted. If I did the deal, I would have had a chance for one of my friends to physically check the goodies.

Price is in line with what one would expect from smaller dealer and not that much more what is offered from the more reputable dealers.

Reliable company?
Did not buy from them but they certainly seem so and even respond to phone calls immediately and pretty knowledgeable German representatives.
