I am Spanish and I have bought several times in Supersonido. I have had problematic experiences with returns. The last time, a couple of months ago, I returned a CD Transport tested only one hour and in perfect condition and they discounted the free shipping and return label costs. The Spanish law (I don't know if the European one) says that all this is charged to the store without the customer having to give reasons and no questions asked. But talking about it with them is always a bit cumbersome and for 25€ I decided not to discuss the issue. On another occasion they have been reluctant to accept the return of headphones that were defective. It had to be discussed over the phone on several occasions. I have a better experience with the other big Spanish hifi store, Zococity. Catalog of more popular stuff, Topping for example, great sales on promotions and refurbished and few problems so far on returns. I hope you find it helpful.
