It's not that difficult to find Concerta series. The issue is for Performa3 or performaBE.

I bought my f226be from here.

Edit : At least for BE series, pricewise this dealer was the best in europe I could find.

I have been interested in getting a pair of Revels for a while now
 
Also look at German Ebay - some good Revel deals there occasionally.
 
Leperco.fr has 50% off a lot of their vinyl using their 'LEPERCO50' Back to School sales. (Not associated with them).

Ordered from them on the 25th and got them in the Netherlands on friday.
 
Current offers for Topping, SMSL, Sabaj, Loxjie, Gustard etc. on Amazon.de and other Amazon sites.
Be careful, the often good offers from retailers, even if they are sent via Amazon, do not appear in the Prime deals, are often not marked as offers and often no discount is shown.
The devices are simply listed with a lower price, so you have to look carefully.
Many returns (used as new, used good, etc.) are also cheaper.
