The reason I posted this is because in Spain they are usually above 1.500€ (even today), so I thought it was a good offer.

BTW these speakers are still worth it, aren't they?

Revel PerformaBE C426Be in black gloss - less than Euro 2.5K, so 50% off. They still have 2 of them. One of the best centre channels at any price. I got one and it came flawless and completely new. It is really an amazing speaker and by far the best centre I ever had. Replaced Euro 2K Sonus Faber Sonetto II centre that is also sizeable and really good, but Revel is at another level. Switched back to Sonetto II to check if I am hearing correctly, and yes, more detail and dynamics from Revel for sure. It just does everything effortlessly, even if you push it to reference volume.

If one is looking for a deal on the big bad centre channel (33kg, almost a meter long, in room extension to 25-30 hz at 0dB for calibrated 75dB level), this is it.

good luck with that, 30kg is basically the limit, after that the cost for private individuals raise sharply, if you can find a courier that accepts the package

Just thought it was steep, if you were German or French you could make a day of it and pick it up in Benelux.

Also it's probably not applicable the other way around for obvious reasons, but in Lux I can get stuff delivered to a french/german address and forwarded by the lux post office.
 
The whole thing would cost 1500€, so still saving 500€ from retail price for the Aura 2s
I am really considering it, but having not heard them in advance makes the whole thing not unproblematic...

I'm in .lu since not that long... Can you explain me how that works for at times I've got issues with companies not shipping to .lu ?
