We can of course all have our own opinions, as they are nothing but subjective.
However, when a manufacturer makes objective statements like "Fibre Network provides complete isolation from network digital noise" without backing it up with any proof that it's a problem that even exists or makes a difference (which it doesn't) I can't take them seriously.
No need to get all tribal because you own one of their products... the comments are directed at Lumin. Companies like Lumin that make such incorrect and misleading statements about their products deserve to be called out on it at the very least.

Clarification for those not already aware - wired ethernet standards require transformer isolation. Sometimes the pulse transformers are a separate component near the socket, and sometimes they're built into the socket itself.

However, correct me if I'm wrong, that galvanic isolation is only for the signal wires and not the screen.
For the original posters benefit - a cat5 UTP (unshielded twisted pair) cable is probably the best thing you can use, better than higher rated cables that are generally much harder to find in UTP form, and is also cheap Be careful and look though, not all cat5 cables are UTP as some are of shielded construction (which you don't want).
You are not wrong. In home audio use a shield on a network cable is more likely to cause problems than solve them, counter to many people's expectations.
