I am not a Bluetooth fan, but i am looking forward to what sort of audio projects get built with a modern IC and a huge DIY community behind. It seems to be at least partially aimed at audio applications, with two i2s interfaces, ASRC....

It's also got wired ethernet with PTP support, so probably AES67 capable as was recently demonstrated for the P4. The WiFi is FTM capable, which has been used for precision time sync on other ESP32s. The hardware level sync for the bluetooth audio is interesting too - I'll have to look at how much of that is exposed on the software side.
