What I have ordered/have:
KEF R11 meta L/R front
KEF R3 meta L/R surround
KEF R6 meta center
KEF R8 meta atmos
2x KEF KC92
Heaven eleven billieamp mk2
Previously I used the Billie amp and R3 meta with subs as my Hifi setup.
I decided to expand and create a 5.2.2 system. Tried the marantz cinema 50 yet determined that I would like to have separate power amp and processor which has me looking at a vast array of equipment. Preamp, power, processor, dac, streamer. After watching a multitude of reviews and reading this forum extensively, I’ve taken the plunge with my first post. I appreciate design, quality, reliability and value. These items will not be in a rack yet on display. I would like power to supply ample headroom with a preference toward musicality but no slouch in a cinema setting.
Looked at various equipment from marantz, McIntosh, voluminous, ever solo, buckeye, benchmark.
Would love to hear some opinions on how they would set a system up with these speakers. It is possible that I take the billieamp to another room for a pair of bookeshelf to ensure the system is ideal. Thanks very much for your input.
