When using a Bluetooth connection the music is compressed so can sound not quite the same when A/B testing against the iron dam but not by much to my ears.

Can what’s lost in the conversion be EQ’ed back in eg using REW with pink noise over the Bluetooth connection and boosting the bottom and top ends?

Or can the compression changes not be seen?

Just wondering...

A developer of Opus, successor of vorbis (ogg) talked about how the codec works. A lot of Youtube videos use Opus, right click the video and select "Stats for nerds" to see the video and audio codecs being used.
