Does anyone have the Horizontal Directivity data on this speaker (ELAC Debut Reference DCR52)? I'm considering using it in a L (DBR62) / C (DCR52) / R (DBR62) configuration. I need to know if it has good horizontal out to 25 degrees for my side seats in my living room. If not, I will buy another DBR62 for the center channel and sell the spare on here. I don't love the looks of a bookshelf center; if it truly will be a better experience for all my seats I will do it.

As far as I'm aware there aren't any measurements of the DCR52. Given that it's a two-way MTM, you're likely looking at around a 20-degree window (on either side of the axis) horizontally before the lobing kicks in. Whether that's enough depends on how far out your side seats are and how far away the listening positions are. For example, with my MTM center which has a 20-degree window, at my listening distance of around 3 meters I have about 1 meter to the left and right of the MLP, according to trigonometry:

Please excuse the crude drawing, and the equilateral triangle that plainly isn't.

Experience confirms the math checks out, and this is more than enough to cover all the seating area (that I care about).
