Elac DBR62 with WiiM Amp pro or WiiM Ultra with an older amplifier?

Looking to set up a new system in my apartment based around the Elac Debut Reference 62 speakers. I have also concluded on the fact that I want the connectivity options of the WiiM Amp Pro/Ultra. So the question then is, for relatively low sensitivity speakers like these, would an older amp like a NAD C270 be worth the added cost of 200EUR compared to just the Amp Pro? Based on my calculations, I would be maxing out the Amp Pro while listening at 85dB at 3 meters with 11dB of DR. This is sufficient on paper, but leaves no headroom at all really.

So having a beefier amp might help, at the cost of SINAD, which is about 90dB anyways for the C270 I would think. This route also allows for further upgrades down the line.

What would you do in my situation?

I have the Elac Debut Reference 62 in desktop duty. My Lonnie A30 does not struggle but I know these could benefit from more power.

Another solution could be to use the extra money to get a sub you'd plug to the wiim amp pro, thus giving some headroom, bass extension, and probably a little integration headache :D while lowering distorsion . Erin from Erin's audio corner made a cheap sub shootout a while ago, a polk sub on sale can be like 300€ and perform very well for instance.
Edit: wiim just announced the wiim amp ultra, apparently with the specs of the vibelink if I'm not mistaken merged with a Wiim ultra. They also announced a Wiim sub.
