I have Elac Adante AF61 that are now leaking air. What should I use to fix the cabinet so it stays sealed? I have seen suggestions for caulk or wood glue. Which is best? If caulk, which one?

It kind-of depends on how & where it's leaking but caulk (or silicon seal) or glue should work. The pressures are low so it's not like sealing a tire or air tank where there are several PSI. Of course, appearance may also be important.

...If you can't hear it leaking while sound is playing, it's no big deal. Sealed speakers don't have to be perfectly sealed because only a tiny amount of air is going to leak-out or leak-in during the short-duration of a half-cycle, even at 20Hz.

Yes, even back in the AR/KLH/Advent acoustic suspension era, it was noted that a functionally sealed enclosure need not be literally airtight.

I believe it was in an article by Linkwitz that suggest a 1/16" hole in a sealed subwoofer cabinet thus allowing ambient air pressure to balance within in the cabinet and such a small hole would make no measurable difference in response. With that said, if I had those speakers - which I really really wanted for quite some time - I'd open them up and caulk all the joints I could reach.

A few years ago I saw a post where I person did this, hopefully you can find it.
