Easiest Two Separate Speaker Set up

What is the easiest/best way to use two speakers for a two channel HiFi set up and another set of speakers for your home theater set up. Would want to use all the same sources, Roku, Turntable, CD Player etc. Is this actually possible with the same AVR? What would I need?

Most decent AVRs have a multi-zone feature, so you can have 2 separate setups, usually one stereo, the other multi channel. The stereo zone can usually be assigned to one of the amp pairs.

I'll have to look into seeing how that works. I don't see two sets of Left and Right on most AVRs.

You can usually reassign channels, like here for Denon:
