Yeah, I thought so too until I dug up the sensitivity. The Sundara has a (much?) larger planar driver. Is it 90-100mm?!!?? While the 4xx is ~50mm? I'd suspect that it would be harder to drive despite what the manufacturer states, which has been shown to be sometimes unreliable. I'd side with you with being cautious on pairing the sundaras with the HUD100. If I travel, I'm satisfied with IEM's and my porta pro's/kph30i's.
