It seems to be very difficult to buy a E1DA Cosmos ADCiso. Obviousley the developer is also not available and worldwide I can't find any seller.

I tested all available variants to replace NDK, but found nothing decent in such a case. NZ2520SDA is simply the best in terms of jitter/phase-noise.
