So I got my DX5ii this afternoon, plugged into my PC with USB, and it worked straight away. Maybe 5 minutes in, no sound. I downloaded drivers and issue sorted. Listened for a while, then decided to update firmware. Did so and on reboot, I have the word UNLOCK on the display, and my PC doesn't recognize the DX5ii as a device and back to no sound. Also the unit quickly shuts down and does not remember settings when I turn it on again.
I've read everything I can online, official advice says try different cable, ports or even another PC, but seems unlikely that the cable broke in the time that I performed the update.
