DX3 Pro+ stereo balance

Here's the Xmos panel of my SMSL PO100, including Balance control:

It's been a while, but I believe you can access it from the System Tray.

I was able to access the Xmos panel, but still cannot adjust balance. The sliders appear grayed out.
