For example: apple music streams lossless format.
So why would I select dolby or dts decoding on my avr if Apple does not code in either of those formats. Atmos aside.
To my ears and IMO either sound muffled and flat.
Dolby has way too much grey noise and dts sounds drab and flat.
Using an older harman kardon avr and nsp sounds no better than dts.
Other opinions please. Is it my avr? Or maybe my ears but to me stereo settings sound crisp and fuller through my klipsch speakers.
