Dolby atmos enabled bookshelf speaker comparison!

I was hoping to get an insight as to the best speaker of the two.
They are relatively inexpensive @ USD 250.00.
I really like the fact that the upward-firing speaker is part of the unit and not an add on.
Wondering how this would affect the acoustics of the speaker.
Can you give some assistance as to what would be the best pair?

8-foot ceiling.
Sorry I just realized that the NHT is 250 for a single unit double the cost of the pioneer sold in pair for the same amount.
But the NHT has a larger driver.
