So i using a jcally jm6 pro with the hexa and been facing some issues like my phone lags abit when using the apps and also sometimes the audio just stop and it not detected even tho it is inserted and I did nothing. Is it a software issue with Samsung as I using a s24 .
I actually had a jm12 before but there was an issue where when I plug in my hexa it open my Google assistant . I realised that it actually need a mic cable to not make it open the assistant but I didn't noticed performance issues like the jm6 pro

Let me know if you guys also faced those issues espically on a Samsung as I not sure if i should exchange it or just something wrong with my phone

strange as i not sure if it the apps that are having issue or my phone as like losing the audio happens like twice in the 2 or 3 days i have it ,it like 1 time it happened when i was using ig i think the app just froze then my audio just got disconnected does it happened to u

No, I use it for about an hour to two hours a day without problems, phone is responsive the whole time, I use PowerAmp as my player, also I use it with the PC (linux) some times without any issues. Oh and I use it with different IEMs occasionally but I don't think it makes a difference.

Sometimes while watching videos or for the Instagram issue is when I was like scrolling stories

Can you use them abit longer and see

Give me a day or two, meanwhile I'm going to left it connected over night and check in the morning how is the phone a part from the battery drain.

Hey how is it ? As mine just had like where I had no audio but it was connected and when I try to increase it still seems to show that it is connected just no audio coming out

The JCALLY JM6 Pro can cause performance issues like overheating, audio noise, or disconnections on some devices. Results vary depending on your setup. For sensitive IEMs, a lower-noise DAC might be better.
Like what ?

And why does it cause these issue and other then getting a new dac how do I avoid it i using like the lowest volume I can

In my case JM6 Pro is fine on various budget Xiaomi phones, but I probably never used it for more than an hour, max 2. Running Mi Music, HiBy Music, YouTube Music, Prime Video aside just regular Chrome browser/Whatsapp/YouTube app usage.

I used the phone connected and playing music to the JM6 Pro for around 3.5 hours, for 2 of them I used the phone constantly and the rest intermittently, I had no issues at all.

Tbh for me it happens more likely when used longer

Hmmm tbh I realised it has an issue when like say my phone lagss

It is Android's fault. I have the same things happening to me with the Ifi Go and the X1, they connect and disconnect endlessly and the sound just stop coming out.

Ironically, the Apple dongle is the only one that gives me no issues whatsoever.

Damn really ? That strange cuz I for me it not like always it like once in a while

when you say your phone is lagging it is either processing too many tasks, background apps perhaps, or the wireless connection is not strong
a bit of trial and error, starting with restarting etc...
also
when attaching a usb dongle my android low end A32 asks which of my music playing apps needs to take control of it, I guess that they have got inside the OS to do that so that they can bypass the android audio processing. Just general android audio should work for apps that dont process their own audio but..
you might want to try accessing Developer Options under settings, you need to google how to do it, I cant remember and I believe it varies from phone to phone, there are a lot of them dont mess with them however
you could set Default USB configuration to MIDI (mine was set on something else, but is mine is working and works on MIDI, likely not the issue)
you could make sure Disable USB audio routing is OFF (mine is set to OFF, and mine is working)
if you think its the JCally you can get a cheap dongle for 5 bucks to see if the problem is still there

yea so this is my 2nd jcally my 1st 1 which is the jm12 had issues when i plugged mine in as it my iem didn't come with a mic cable so for some reason it just auto open my google assitant no matter what i did
i will try the usb configuration and get back but tbh i think it lagging my phone as my phone lags before the audio cuts
