Does it make sense anymore to do a DIY NC400 mono kit?

With so many other options, Purifi etc? Perhaps doing a DIY NC400 mono kit at one time made sense but now there are clearly better options? tia

Performance of the NC400 is about the same as the Purifi, so if you can find it at a cheaper price, why not?

1ET400A and NC400 are about the same price, but NC400 has a built in input buffer, so in that sense it's still better value.
