Does anyone use the AES E-Library? I have sent an inquiry to AES via email and am waiting for a resolution, but I am curious if anyone else in the ASR community is experiencing issues with the AES membership.

I have been using a one-year membership, and until the site overhaul, I could view and download the necessary or interesting materials. However, since around May 16, after the UI/UX changes, I have been unable to view or download anything (my membership is active, and I am logged in, but the paper pages recognize me as not logged in or with an inactive membership).

I checked my login and membership page, recorded this, and contacted AES with the inquiry.

It seems like an issue during the migration process.
If any members of ASR also have an AES membership, could you please check if you can view or download any materials from the E-Library?

I wrote this post to see if anyone else in ASR is experiencing the same issue. If this post is problematic in any way, please let me know or feel free to delete it.

Life member. (Advanced age and decrepitude offer a few advantages.)
I had difficulty logging in this evening. I used https://aes2.org as the URL. I was forced to reset my password, although the system accepted my existing password as the new one. I easily downloaded a couple of Dr Toole's papers in honor of ASR.
Over the years I've found it to be one of the crankier websites.

Thank you for the information. I think the membership of my ID is the problem

Just tried to log in and it didn't like my password, so I asked to reset.

I vaguely remembered getting an e-mail about a week ago to migrate my account to the new membership portal, went and tried to click the migration link in that e-mail and it didn't like it. Not sure if this is because I already tried to reset the password or something else.

The password reset went to my junk but after that I was able to get in and download papers. Interestingly enough the migration link from the e-mail now worked.

So long story short, seems fine for me.

I've already done it, but after seeing your post, I reset the password again. But it's the same. Why is this only happening to me!

Now this is what it looks like even though I'm logged in (membership enabled). omg

The site seems to want an email address as the username rather than a membership number.
